What's your hourly rate?
No, we do not have an hourly rate. We quote based on the scope of the work.
As we may have one or more workers completing any given work, instead of our customers paying multiple labour-costs, we have an agreed-upon price for the finished product before the work commences.
So whether the team completes the work in 1 hour or 5 hours, you will only be charged the original quoted amount.
Which areas do you service?
We're based in Glen Waverley, so anything within a 10km radius of that (give or take).
If you're not sure, send us an enquiry anyway - we'll travel a little further for that 'perfect property'.
How do I prepare for you?
ยท Clean up any dog waste. This is a big one!
ยท Make sure that there is clear access to the areas in which we'll be working.
ยท Hoses! Please make sure they are off the grass and away from where we will be working. They create an unnecessary trip-hazard for our workers and risk being cut by mowers if they are not seen.
Will you clean up after you're done?
Absolutely.
For grass-clippings and other green-waste, most customers are quite happy for us to use their council-distributed green-bins.
If there is no space in the green bin or you would like for us to take the green-waste away, there will most likely be an additional charge, depending on how much green-waste is to be removed.
How quickly can you do my job? It's Urgent!
