What's your hourly rate?
We do not have a set hourly rate.
For initial gardening, we will provide a written quote based on the scope of works.
So whether the team completes the work in 1 hour or 5 hours, you will only be charged the original quoted amount.
For more-involved clean-ups, we quote based on the scope of the work for the initial clean-up, and then provide a separate quote for ongoing maintenance.
Do you do discounts for cash?
We pay our bills, insurances, staff wages and superannuation from the business bank account, so the only form of payment accepted is via bank transfer into the business bank account.
Which areas do you service?
We're based in Glen Waverley and we service Melbourne's Inner East to South East.
If you're not sure, send us an enquiry anyway - we'll travel a little further for that 'perfect property'.
Do you quote from photos?
While photos help, we prefer to come to see your gardens in person to understand exactly what is involved in the work.
This helps us gauge the condition of your gardens and ensures we quote appropriately.
How do I prepare for you?
· Please clean up any dog waste.
· Make sure that there is clear access to the areas in which we'll be working.
· Please ensure that any hoses are away and tidy, as they pose a trip hazard and can be mowed over if not seen.
Will you clean up after you're done?
Absolutely.
For grass-clippings and other green-waste, most customers are quite happy for us to use their council-distributed green-bins.
If there is no space in the green bin or you would like for us to take the green-waste away, there will most likely be an additional charge, depending on how much green-waste is to be removed.
What do I get if I refer someone to you?
If you refer someone who is added to our regular gardening or mowing cycle, after their 3rd service, you will receive your next regular service for free.
This is essentially unlimited, so go nuts!
